"Really enjoyed talking with Edward Dominey today. He is a new State Farm agent for us as the previous one retired. "I recently added rental coverage on my auto policy. Shortly after that my car was in an incident where I am unable to drive my car safely. Claims dept told me I did not have rental coverage so I called Mr. Dominey who immediately contacted claims and worked it out with them to get the rental after all. So grateful to have him on my side!"

"I had bought a new car and got it covered for a price. Came up a month later and price went up $100.00 a month no explanation from them until next months payment needed to be made so got stuck with the 100 more a month then they came up and said it was a mistake on there end that someone put the numbers in somewhere wrong. Which is understandable we are all only human but this company made a mistake and said I was the one that was stuck with it Now I'm a firm believer that any company gives you a contacted price and you agree to it they should be responsible for it. Been with state farm for over 8 years and never had this kind of issues and then not even try to make it right just saying I'm stuck with it was a slap in the face. Please everyone make sure if you choose this company you get proof of everything when u agree to it right then and there cause of not they will come up a month later and it will be different then what you agreed to the month before...hope this helps some on their future decisions."

However, I understand that changes to bills can be frustrating and stressful, especially in these times. To clarify, the premium increase you experienced was a result of the specific vehicle you purchased — not a rate change we had control over. At the agency level, we do not have the ability to adjust pricing unless there are changes to coverage or eligible discounts. I did offer to review options with you to help bring the cost down, but I understand you chose not to move forward with those. While I respect your decision, I want to make it clear that it was never our intent to mislead you or make you feel stuck. We aim to be transparent and helpful in every interaction, and I’m sorry that’s not how it came across in this situation. Your loyalty over the years was valued, and I’m disappointed we weren’t able to continue earning your trust. Thank you again for your time with us, and I wish you all the best moving forward."
